Yogurt

Is there anybody who didn't take antibiotics in his whole life? Oh! Antibiotics. Hmmm antibiotics. Yeap we take antibiotics but there's alternative too. What is alternative of antibiotics? Yes. There's alternative of antibiotics ,if you eat yogurt regularly then get antibiotics passively. Yogurt contains more probiotics that helps us fighting against pathogens. Oh really ? So what's probiotics?    Pro (promoting) and biotic (life). Probiotics are live microorganisms intended to provide health benefits when consumed, generally by improving or restoring the gut flora.     Microbes in the lower intestinal tract help us digest food, fight harmful bacteria and regulate in the immune system. When the gut becomes unbalanced with unhealthy levels of certain bacteria, probiotics an help restore the balance.  Lactobacillus- found in yogurt and other fermented foods that is beneficial probiotics. we shouldn't have taken antibiotics. So We should take yogurt regularly....

Vitamin A

 Today  I would like to share with you about  none other than Vitamin A. Do you eat carrot, pumpkin, tomato 🍅, sweet potato 🍠🍠 regularly? If yes then good news for you. Because That's food help us providing vitamin A. For long time We use internet and keep our eyes on mobile, laptop 💻 or and computer desktop. These monitor emits gamma ray that inhibits our vision and decrease vision ability. Okay if we eat regularly those food then we keep protecting our eyes from this ray.
